Irene Anim-Boateng is a Critical Care Registered Nurse and Vascular Access & Infusion Specialist with a passion for delivering hospital-grade infusion therapy in the comfort and dignity of home. As the Founder and CEO of Seshi Health Infusion Group, she leads with a powerful blend of scientific expertise, cultural humility, and patient-centered compassion.

Born and raised in a multicultural immigrant community, Irene learned early the value of service, responsibility, and caring for others at home. Her journey into healthcare began as a live-in home health aide and grew through years of perseverance—working full- time in acute care while completing nursing school full-time.

Today, she brings advanced clinical skill in ultrasound-guided vascular access, PICC and midline placement, and complex infusion therapy to the patients and families she serves. Her leadership is guided by three pillars:
